Plump Pacific oysters grown in the cold, mineral-rich water off Rushan on the Shandong coast.

Origin

• Farmed in the Yellow Sea near Rushan
• Hand-selected for size and shell condition

Appearance

• Deep cupped shells filled almost to the rim
• Full, creamy meat with a clean finish

Serving

• Serve raw on the half shell with lemon
• Grill with garlic butter and herbs
• Steam briefly with ginger and spring onion

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C under a damp cloth and serve within 2 days.
