Squid bodies cleaned, scored and threaded onto bamboo skewers, ready for the grill.
Appearance
- Thick mantle pieces with shallow diagonal scoring
- Evenly threaded and cut to a similar size
Cooking
- Grill over charcoal and brush with a soy and honey glaze
- Bake at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, turning once
- Pan-sear with butter, garlic and chilli flakes
Storage
Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and cook within 2 days. Freeze at -18°C for up to 2 months.
