Premium Squid Flowers

Squid bodies scored in a fine cross-hatch and cut into flower shapes for quick cooking.

Appearance

• Pale, translucent pieces with a clean lattice cut
• Curl into tight blossoms once heated

Cooking

• Blanch for 20–30 seconds to open the cuts
• Stir-fry with garlic, chilli and greens
• Add to hot pot or soup at the last minute

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
